Returns & Exchanges

At BLOCH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your dancewear or shoes are not the perfect fit, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please ensure dance shoes show no signs of wear on the soles.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier. Once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
